Received the wrong size pen. It was just under 34” high. Tried calling Wayfair a few times but kept getting disconnected when speaking wCSr’s. No one ever tried to email back. Im 98lbs and the box is heavy so sending it back isnt an option. This is the 2nd time in a few weeks that I ordered something and didnt get the correct order. Really would like a refund, as I have spent almost 700 in a few weeks and should have been happy with orders. Ughhhhh

We love it! It was easy to put together. And our dog is happy in it. The top is very strong and thick, with winter season coming that will for sure keep our dog dry.
