Steel Wall Hose Reel

Very nice reel. Make sure you mount it on something that does not give at all because the reel is heavy and pulling the hose will pull it right off the wall. The basket is nice to hold the different nozzle types. I love that it can turn to different directions as needed, or place it so it is more flush to house when not in use.

This is the best hose reel we have owned. It maneuvers side to side with the pull of the knob on top and unrolls and rolls back up like a dream. However, after only having it installed for one month it has begun to rust in three places as shown in the photos. I did not get “before” pictures but instead only have pics after I made a poor attempt at using a wire brush to get to the rust which did not work. I then sprayed a clear sealant in hopes it will keep it from progressing. I hope this holds up because we love this thing! UPDATE: (05/14/24) After my haphazard attempt at remedying the problem as described above, I am happy to report that as of this date no new issues have arisen. This hose reel remains the best hose storage option that we have ever owned. We have had multiple people purchase this as a result of experiencing ours.

I love the color. It blends so well in the garden. Easy to install, however disappointed that for the price, doesn't include any mounting hardware. I have a 1/2" 50 foot hose on the reel and you can see that there is plenty of room left for a longer or larger diameter hose. High quality hose hook ups and I absolutely love how you can lock it into place for unwinding/winding the hose. Padded handle. What's not to love. I purchased a more ornate hose reel from the same Company for the backyard where I use a hose more often. Can't wait to see it installed.

This garden hose navigator is amazing! It truly keeps your hose kink free. I cannot tell you how many hoses I have purchased that say kink free and were not. I discovered that it actually wasn't as much the hose, but the hose reel they were on. Now we have the perfect reel. I have 100 foot of hose on this reel and have not had one kink. It also has an adjuster to aim the reel in the direction you are going with your hose. This feature is awesome! It has a nice look to it as well! My husband was able to easily mount the bracket and both of us are super happy with our purchase! Highly recommend this product.

This hose reel solid and well made. A lot nicer than anything I have seen in the big box stores.

Really like the look of this hose reel. Had someone install it and the hardware to mount was not included but I knew that from reading the reviews. Very sturdy and functional.

Works and looks as expected. Only issues we had weren't really with the product, but more so what we were mounting it to. Our house has a brick veneer (about an inch thick) over the original clap-board siding. We drilled holes in the brick and sent rust-proof lags into the underlayment, using the two "accessible" holes in the reel base but it wasn't as "solid" as we wanted it. There is a third hole in the middle of the mount plate, but it cannot be accessed straightly. That would be my only complaint so far, but I save final judgement until I see how "durable" it is over time.

Works great. Loving it so far. Keeps the hose tidy and beautiful. Metal is way better than those ugly plastic ones.

Much easier to roll out and back in compared to our old plastic hose reel. We like the swivel action, that allows hose to roll out much easier in the direction to the area being watered.
