So, the cat tree is great. But the box was clearly ripped open with hydraulic grease on the carpet. AND IT SMELLS OF OIL/GREASE.

Box was damaged. Cat tree was not damaged. Fairly stable though top tier appears at a slight angle. Carpet is not the best grade.

I have ordered many cat trees and this one is solid! Exactly what I was looking for I have several cats and they jump like wild monkeys and this tree is heavy so the cats don’t wobble. Will be saving to favorites! Easiest cat tree to assemble so far!

Took a while to arrive..looks nice, platforms are smaller than I expected the piece you screw in doesn’t line up correctly. Fits my 6 month old kittens…but my 7yr old 20lb guy doesn’t look super comfy.

We love the New Cat Condos. The carpet lasts much longer that most cat trees. The only problem with this one is the top floor. It doesn’t screw in tight, so it’s a little wobbly. The platforms are also a little smaller than our last New Cat Condo. Our older cat still keeps going back to the old tower with the wider platform. Our younger cat is huge and barely fits on the top tier of the new tower. They both use to fit on the top platform of the old tower.

Sturdy and attractive. Slight odor that dissipated in a few days. Roomy beds. Not as tall as I was expecting but a nice height - especially for kittens.
