Very nice ramp. Pretty easy assembly, took me about an hour+. I really wanted to keep it due to it's sturdiness and matched my furniture but it was too short for my bed and my Cavalier was scared to jump the difference. Delivery was awesome, a little over 24 hrs.

Little dog had gotten afraid to use bedside steps. We placed a towel over the rail to create a tunnel effects which gave her confidence to step off the bed and use the ramp. Unfortunately The first day I placed very minor pressure against the rail and the board holding the ramp split. So I reduced the rating to 4 stars. We will have to keep the ramp because it is achieving its purpose.

Our dogs are getting older and this is the perfect ramp to help them up and off the bed. It was easy to build and well made. I’m actually about to buy another one.

our little old girl was having issues getting on the couch, we purchased two other ramps and she could not get used to them, this one with the railings and the stoppers on the ramp so she doesn't slide down finally did the trick. So far no mishaps and it only took her about a week or two to get used to this one. It is a little lower than our couch, I misread the height at the top rail as the adjustable height of the top of the ramp, however we added a couple towels to the top so she can move from couch to top of ramp to ramp very well.

I bought this item for my senior, 15 year old support dog. My bed is high off the ground for him to jump. This item replaces his steps. Very pleased and so is Scooter!

What a nightmare to put together. Seems like it would be self explanatory but the directions had the wrong parts listed in a few places. Also, arrived with wood scratched. Really wanted to love this but sadly didn’t. Terrible design. Could be a great ramp if common sense had been applied.
