These are some cheapy little beds. Not pretty, but it’s a cushion for your fur baby.

What we received looks nothing like this photo or description. The one we received is barely an inch thick, not close to the four inch description.

received in record time, Dog loves it, he is 8 yrs old 65lbs and prone to joint stiffness, this is so soft and keeps him off the hard surface floors so he is not so stiff. Pros: forms to his body! Cons: none

Super thin and uneven, even after I gave it time to fluff up. Photo is very misleading, the bed is less than an inch tall without my dog on it.

I thought it looked comfortable and fit perfectly in my dog crate! Unfortunately, the first time I left my dog home alone in the crate, she shredded up the dog bed!

I just want to preface this by saying the manufacturer was very nice and explicitly told Wayfair to refund the money. I won’t go into why I needed to return item as this review is in no way a reflection of them. The one star is for Wayfair. This refund got bounced around to many different customer service representatives and I had to re-explain, attach emails and photos about ten times with no results. Wayfair finally said they would refund it if I returned beds. This is despite me sending pictures of them in the trash because they were completely unusable. Also, why would I waste I waste resources to return an usable item of which they had received multiple pictures of. Long story short, the manufacturer is great and I would buy from them again but not through Wayfair as their customer service would have been comical in its bungling if not for the extreme waste of my time, irritation and loss of hundreds of dollars.
