PetSafe® Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence

We have 140 pound Rottweiler who is very stubborn did the two weeks of training and he gets the warning and it keeps him from going past the fence would recommend anybody with a larger size dog

This item has a strong static correction, however, there is a dial on the device to start static correction between 0 and 10 feet from the wire, and the device will not let me go under 5 feet. My goal was to static correct if the dogs ran right up to the fence (1-2 feet) but I have to choose between 5 and 10 feet. I followed the instructions. There may be a youtube video on how to adjust this, but I feel like I should not have to dig around for a loop hole, and that it should be pretty apparent on what the problem is.w3

Need extra wire for our three acres. Time consuming to put under ground. But it works for our German Shepard.

This is a great product if you do not want an actual fence confining your animals. Check the compatibility with other radio ra systems like Lutron which may interfere with the signal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was able to install this in a long afternoon. Deciding the perimeter for the wire was the longest task. So far it has kept my dog within its area and seems to be effectively doing its job. My only wish is that it came with two collars as I’ll need one for my other dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This collar seems to fit well and look comfortable on dex, it keeps him in the yard and has an amazing long range! Its well built all around. Installing was tricky with tree roots from my big trees but it worked.
