We've had it for a couple years and it works great. The only issue is that dog hair is hard to get out of the felt covered steps.

It was a perfect addition to our toddlers loft bed. Due to the fact that it holds alot of weight according to the description it was the safest and easiest way for our toddler to enjoy her bed setup. She loves the easier access to it and we dont have to worry about her falling down the ladder anymore.

The product material is decent. I like that you can easily just slide the stairs under your bed for easy storage. I gave this 3 stars because there is no real, safe way to lock the height in place. Its far too unsteady. Im still deciding whether or not I plan to keep it.

Great quality, just a bit steeper than I expected. Very sturdy & just the height I was looking for.

Love the steps. They are sturdy and elegant. Our Westies are always running up and down with no problems.

Love this pet stair! It took my little Shih-Tzu some time to get use to it, but now he gets up and down from our bed with no problem. It matches our bedroom set and looks great.

The stairs look great, are the right size, and fold easily. However, they are not really "carpeted." Instead, they are covered with a flannel-like, somewhat slippery cloth. My terrier's paws kept slipping on the fabric, causing her legs to splay. I purchased some adhesive non-skid tape at the hardware store and that has solved the problem. Picture attached.
