Bought this because we want to introduce an 8 month old cat to our senior cat. So far, this has been the best way to allow a gradual introduction. The gate was super easy to assemble, literally had it together and installed within 20 minutes. I love that I can open and shut my door as well. Also, I did not need to use the extension that came with it.

Trying to introduce our new cat to our other cat. It provides a safe barrier that they can see each other through safely. Easy assembly but it is heavy so keep that in mind. It has hinges so the door can open and a lock to lock it in place. It even has a little pet door at the bottom. We had an extra piece from the top barrier left over so I zip-tied it to the top for extra height. So far so good!

This is great for those that have narrower open doorways than typical. Its versatile to use for kids but allow pets to go through, or in my case for my cat. You can add to the height in case youve got a jumper. As a bigger person its still easy to pass through.

Much better quality then expected. I purchased 3 gates to limit the areas where my cats can go. I especially like the height extensions as the cats can jump quite high but these keep them from jumping over the top. Just make sure there is nothing for them to jump up on to go over the top as the extension doesn't go all the to the top of the door opening. It's nice the door opens both ways and since the extension is connected to the door, you don't have to bend over to go through it. Putting it together took less then 35 minutes. The cats are still trying to figure out how to defeat these gates.

Easy to install with the pressure mounts, so far it's secure and hasn't had any signs of loosening. It's nice to have the option to also make more permanent with the included screws and wall anchors. Easy to open/close and slide the safety latch down. The additional panel is great for keeping a very active high-jumping cat contained in a safe space while allowing him to see what's going on (I bought the gate to contain my critters in one section of the house while some extended construction is going on and doors will be left open for extended periods of time).

Super easy to put together. I used the tension method and I absolutely LOVE this gate. Perfect for what we need.

Bought open box and it was in pristine condition. REALLY easy setup. Probably took my 10 minutes by myself.
