Shasta Cat Tree

The cat loves it. The only thing is it was hard to secure it at the top, but at the end we did.

It’s nice. It’s doing the job right now for my outdoor cats living in an apartment lol The top part that’s supposed to secure on the ceiling isn’t long enough for where I’m at so I secured it with hooks. The levels are small so if you have grown cats they may not be as athletic as mine.

Cheap. Not very sturdy. Not recommend for larger or very active cats. Granted, my cats are quite a bit larger and were playing with it very heavily which us why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but I was pretty disappointed to come home and see it in two pieces after only a week. Not very sturdy at the top - even though I screwed the pieces as tightly as possibly it was still very very wobbly when my cat was at the top. Faux fur lining started ripping off only a few days later. The strap attached would have most likely helped but my cats managed to rip it off before I even had the chance to bolt it to the wall. Pretty disappointed

It’s awesome! Not easy to put together but we’d do it again.

Guess my cat doesn't like these... Its good though, but can't survive a pipe bursting above an apartment. The cheap base board material is not water resistant.

Heavy duty tree house for kitties. Mine just accidentally had an ill fitting tip bar to the ceiling. Mine was donated to gentlemen rescuers that could alter it for the rescue kitties. Wayfair was so gracious gave a refund right away which I didn’t expect. That was very kind of them. Thanks Wayfair!

our cats obsoletely love this scratcher. we have 8 cats and so far it is still holding up.

Carpeted parts are thin. It’s three inches short of a standard American ceiling. I’ve had to have a new screw rod cut to make it fit. The basket is too flimsy to hold my larger cats. My smaller 9 lb cat loves to sit in the basket but it’s bent under her weight. I suppose it’s what one expects for the low price, but I had hoped for something a bit more sturdy. Update Im already putting it out in the trash. Its simply not sturdy enough, the carpet is flimsy and tearing. This really was a waste of money.

Cats love it. Be sure to measure your floor to ceiling first.
