Beautiful rug. Has many muted colors to blend with a variety of furniture be it modern or antique. This is not a thick rug and more tightly woven. If you want a soft tread, then order a thicker pad. I ordered a 38 inch pad and this is minimal for softness

This is the most beautiful rug!!! It is exactly what I was looking for to complete by living room. It has been several months since we received it, and there is already evident wear and tear which shouldn't be the case; we don't wear shoes on the rug, we don't have heavy traffic. There are threads that have unraveled - I have cut them with the fear of creating a situation where they will continue to unravel more.
