The colors are inconsistent, one half is much lighter than the other. The rug arrived folded and the creases are very difficult to get out. Also the rug smells like chemicals, especially when warmed by the sun coming in from my windows. It has been months and it still smells horrible.

The rug is pretty and came in great shape, my only complaint is the stiffness of the rug. Even with heavy furniture places on it to flatten it, it is maintaining lumps from being rolled up for shipping. Hoping this remedies itself over time (though it’s been nearly a week already).

Had this rug for under 5 years and it has really flattened out. For the price I would not expect a super high quality product. It's decent but not long lasting.

Rug colors are exactly as shown in the picture. Rug is very thin and has a slippery backing. Definitely needs a rug pad or rug tape. The rug colors and design are pretty and look nice in my entry hall. The rug does have many fold lines from the plastic packaging. I am hopeful the folds will flatten in the next few days. Only complaint is the delivery. Fed Ex left the rug next to my mailbox. Area is on a busy neighborhood street and uncovered from the weather. Do better Fed Ex!

This rug will not lay down flat with my desk on it. Constantly trying to pull big wrinkles out of it. I just purchased a smaller rug to fit under my desk chair and I plan to try to see if this rug will flatten out without my heavy desk on it. If not, then I will throw it away.
