Nothing wrong with rug, just delivery nightmare. Ordered 2/16 after BO debacle with other rug. Delivery estimated as 2/19. Requested that Wayfair hold shipment so that delivery scheduled for 2/24. Was told that “using FedEx delivery manager was most effective way.” A true nightmare dealing with FedEx Virtual Assistant and trying to get to a real person (see Reddit commentary). FedEx virtual assistant needs serious redesign.
