Cinderford Machine Washable Stripe Flatweave Performance Ivory/Gray Area Rug

received this item damaged ( see photos below) looks like a defective rug. After contacting Wayfair customer service they're requiring us to ship back an 8 x 10 rug, which is completely impossible as it came in shrink wrap and we don't have anything big enough to fit it. basically making it inconvenient for us, even though we received a damaged item. worst customer service ever .

Unfortunately it did snag but I bought the insurance protection

I know it was open box but the carpet has a stain on it. Atleast check the quality before you take peoples money and say final sale. I’ve bought many open box items and never had this issue.

I ordered several of these rugsrunners (5!) for my home as I liked the pattern and the fact that they were ‘washable’ rugs. After washing once (following the instructions) these rugs are ruined. My runners shrunk several (3-4 inches), the bottom layer of the rug shrunk more than the top so the top layer now puckers with extra fabric. I’m extremely disappointed in these rugs and would not purchase again or recommend.

Look good. Did not hold up well to washing. Got wrinkles I can’t get out. Haven’t tried a steamer, which might help.

It is not Stain resistant as stated . the main reason i bought this rug is machine washable , gave it a chance and spot clean it after some apple juice spilled . the rug IMMEDiately absorbed the liquid . False advertising with the pictures - that it is : stain resistant . i decided ok , i ll wash it .... i followed the instruction . the rug is so rigid it took an awful lot of time to tuck it ... when it was done it is so heavy that took two ppl to lift it.Also , the bottom layer is extremely dense and very heavy with the top layer completely seperating from it and wrinkles . i layed the mflat , tried everything but its looking like a rug you pulled out of the dogs mouth . big and small one s , both . ...happy to send pictures i took of both the small and the large one !PLEASE REFUND THESE . thank you

The rug was nice, but the color was definitively not gray and more on the tan or beige side.

I loved this rug and then I washed it! It seems the bottom shrunk and the top didn’t. It’s been washed twice before taking this picture. I took it to a laundromat to wash and dry and the wrinkled look happened after the first wash. It was washed and dried on warm. Maybe hang drying would’ve kept this from Happening. I didn’t have a place to hang something this large.

Loved this rug and then we washed it and it looks awful. It should not be listed as machine washable. the fabrics separate and it looks like a wrinkled paper towel now. It was hung up to dry and it looks like it shrunk.

Love the finish. Hoping it hold up after it is washed
