I got this in sale and think it was a great buy. it’s very plush and comfortable. It is a medium dense gray color..

Extremely Disappointed. The rug is not the best quality. After only a few weeks the rug threads are fringing and pulling. Also no matter how many heavy books placed on the edges it will not stay flat. A previous review was critical of the color but for me that’s the only thing nice about the rug. Now I’m stuck with a lemon of a rug. Ugh.

Beautiful soft thick carpet. The problem is the color, it's a very blue gray not charcoal as described. Would return, but I have removed it from packaging and I don't want to pay for return shipping, as well as oversize and over $1000 fees.I will find a different room to use it in.

Beautiful subtle color, well made and a luxurious texture to walk on. The color is very subtle, a perfect blend for a my guest room.

Super soft and color is as pictured (which is beautiful but maybe a little gray - it seems like it could be mistaken for a rug pad from afar). The rug is wool and is in its shedding stage, so will check with client to see if it improves with time.
