**Rug Review: Extremely Disappointed** I ordered this rug with high hopes, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. Upon delivery, the rug reeked of motor oil to such an extent that we had to open all the windows and doors to air it out. Even after 24 hours, the smell lingered, giving us headaches and making it impossible to use in our home. Beyond the odor, the rug arrived with several areas where the threads were unraveling, creating small holes. This was a brand-new rug, unused and untouched, so the damage was incredibly disappointing. When I contacted customer service, the experience was equally frustrating. My only option was a meager 10% refund to cover "repairs"—an amount that was nowhere near sufficient to fix the rug. The alternative was to return it, but there was no guarantee of when a replacement would arrive or assurance that it wouldn’t have the same problems. I expected much better quality and service for the price. I would not recommend this product or company to anyone based on this experience. Giving two stars because I genuinely love the pattern and design, but can’t overlook the flaws of this product.
