Eastman Southwestern Handmade Tufted Wool Red Area Rug

I purchased a runner and the pattern is different. Only a very small amount of light colored ends as in the picture above. I am somewhat disappointed that was not shown when I purchased it. I still like the rug, but it is not exactly like the picture above. See photo below. It is still a beautiful rug which I will keep.

Purchased the 9X12 and matching 2x8 runner. Very happy with the design, colors and quaility, but we did have a few issues with both. I will say the customer service people at Wayfair are the best. First issue was with the 9x12, after two days it would not lay flat, called customer service and they told us (to bad there were not insturctions provided) to roll the rug opposite to the way it came for 24 hrs. After placing added weight to the lumps for about a week it seem to do the trick. Second issue was with the runner, noticed after almost 2 weeks that the wool fibers were coming out around the edging. Called customer service and they immediately shipped a replacement and provided a return label.

Nice quality thick carpet. Cloth underlay seems of good quality. Color isn’t as vivid as on line but it’s acceptable. The center is more gray contrast than green. Hopefully it’s durable and easy to maintain.
