We have two of these rugs in different sizes. They are both very soft and beautiful. We absolutely love them. My only complaint is one was delivered by FedEx to the wrong house nowhere near our house. Luckily, the person at that house brought it to us.

The rug is soft and looks great in the space. Marking as four stars instead of five because the listing makes it look like there is little gold/brassy outlines to some of the wave patterns (there aren't). Also note that the rug does change in appearance somewhat based on the direction that the fibers are brushed.
