- Compact shipping: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.
