Sent wrong color,I ordered gray,couch sent was blue

I received the rug yesterday and removed the wrapping. We unrolled it and noticed it was linked badly on one corner we would like to receive one that is not wrinkled. Please give us directions so we can return the rug and get one not wrinkled.

These rugs are beautiful, a little more on the brown side then what I see on the picture it looks cream. They are nice and thick and feels good on the feet.
