This thing is amazing! I got it for my non-walking 15-month old who is a natural climber. With some interlocking foam squares surrounding it & some spotting, this is so much safer than climbing on furniture, and it satisfies that toddler urge to climb. Wayfair's price just could not be beat. Plus free shipping! It's easy to assemble & take apart, but it is BIG. And it came wrapped in sturdy plastic, not a box. There was a small tear, but the climber wasn't damaged. This would be perfect for a daycare center/in-home daycare. The only caveat is that the Velcro can sometimes slip a bit (I'm guessing we don't have it configured properly), making the "steps" a little unstable. There's a bit too much friction for the triangular wedge to be a slide, but my son tries anyway. One of my best kid purchases ever. And Wayfair's customer service (they took payment over the phone) cannot be beat!

My son loves playing on this Softzone product. He crawls all over it, crawls through the tunnel, slides down both sides, and plays with his toys on it. So far the product seems very durable.
