Rip-off - don’t buy! For this price you would think it comes chilled, but it isn’t. This is an overpriced system.

We were excited to get this for our business. But we are on a well, and it does not take potable well water. So be aware, can only be used with water coming from a town/city water system. Only had a 30 day return window, so was bummed to find out I was too late to return it...still sitting in the box 1 year after purchase!

A nice unit for bottle refills and glasses of water. Used in a boutique hotel as a guest amenity. The machine counts how many bottles you have saved, and clearly indicates when the filter will need changing. The install went smoothly as well.

The fountain runs at a very very low pressure (plumber looked at it and it has nothing to do with the plumbing/water pressure). Each round of water only fills 25% of a standard water bottle
