The chairs are very nice and comfy but the description said 4 pack so i ordered 2 sets since I needed 8 chairs...but I was only sent 4 chairs but charged for both sets. They are making me wait 3 days before they refund me.

So much better than the other plastic and metal folding chairs. These are strong and have a higher weight limit. And padded for comfort. They look nice too.

I picked out this 4 chair set for our small upstairs lunchroom. The chairs arrived very quickly packed in a large box. I purchased these due to the large thick seat cushion on the chair. Unfortunately, when i sat down to try one out, it was incredibly the hardest seat cushion i have ever sat down on! I thought the complete opposite would have been true. I did not return them since the box had already been thrown out in our dumpster. But i will sincerely say, i do not recommend these chairs at all due to being so uncomfortable and so very hard.

I ordered a set of 4 chairs and only received 2. I could accept a 25% discount (should at least be 50%) or box up and return. Terrible customer service.
