The item arrived with a completely missing back panel and 2 loose panels. We tried to fix it but it didn't work.

Don not order from this company. I ordered and it came broken in various places of the shelves and corners. Way fair was amazing and set everything up for return and replacement. Second book display came in and same thing, broken and cracked. Wayfair was amazing again, set up the return and full refund. The company Wood Designs packages product very minimally and poorly. Both times the box it came in, was crushed, torn and mangled.

Received first one broken and Wayfair sent us a new one. Great service and the product is working great in my classroom.
