The frame was slightly bent upon delivery, but we were able to straighten it out. It was easy to assemble, though recommend having two people to make it easiest. Attractive and sturdy!

It’s exactly what I wanted. Assembly was super easy. I actually got all my shoes to fit on the storage rack and I put my high heel shoes on the side since I don’t wear them very often. I actually put a couple of my purses on the very top rack . It looks so nice and organized in my closet. Very happy with my purchase.

This is chic piece. That holds a lot of shoes. Easy assembly.

The top shelf arrived bent in the middle. I have since ordered a different type for sandals and other flats. I will use this one for booties, shooties and high heels. Overall fairly satisfied.

The shoe rack came in an oversized box. The box split open during transit. When I opened the box it looked like it someone had previously returned the item. The zip ties were broken and one of the push buttons that locks the rack into place was dislodged. It was very difficult to get the push button back in the correct place. Once it was put together, the racks dip a little and are flimsy.

a bit flimsy… the extra holes don’t look that nice and overall i wouldn’t repurchase.
