When I read the reviews that said it was really hard to put together and the screw placement was off I just thought the process was lengthy and the wood holes were off but I could make new ones. Now the at I’ve attempted I can elaborate on people’s reviews. The screw alignment and piece alignment is off but it’s not a screw into wood it is a screw into a metal threading. Also some pieces are too big and you have to compress it to even touch the piece it needs to connect to.

A pain to put together. The color is more brown than tan and the backrest is more orange than pictured. It will only protect the objects inside with the waterproof cover provided. But overall, it works.

Ordered for my front porch, relatively easy to put together. just make sure not to tighten all the way until it’s completed.

Nice looking and feels durable. Adds an attractive touch to the back yard spa area. Just as described.

Beautiful once its together! HOWEVER- it is very difficult and time consuming like people posted! My husband is great at putting things together but this one is a bear- directions are not very clear!

The bench was delivered exactly when we expected it and it was easy to assemble.

Really like the hinged lid and the zipper storage bag inside to keep items dry.

We love our new bench! It was exactly what I was looking for. It looks great on our covered patio. However, believe the reviews when they say this bench was a bear to put together. I still am leaving a five-star review, though, because when we had a problem with one of the parts during construction, the manufacturer worked really hard to quickly get us a replacement part. Absolutely no complaints -- nothing but praise! -- about their customer service!

Haven’t used it yet but it looks very nice and seems sturdy. The cushioned bench is comfortable. On the downside, my husband extremely handy and said it was “tough” to put together.

Beautiful bench , great addition to our yard . Can hold a lot of our pool essentials and it’s a comfortable seat . Great color too . A must buy
