Very, very poor delivery!!!! My package was LEFT IN THE LOBBY WAS NOT LEFT AT MY FRONT DOOR. I am 81 years old I have Arthritis in both knees and I have Breathing problems., I had to walk to get my order while having to carry the package which was difficult and took time as I had to stop every few steps to catch my breath and readjust the package. The lobby is NOT a designated drop-off area!!! Poor service!!!

This item did not fit my Brother sewing machine. Also, it is not listed as non-returnable but after paying return shipping, Wayfair sent this item back to my house and said accessories are not returnable. I have no purpose for this item!!!! Unacceptable that they paid to ship this item back to me only for me to put into the trash instead of refunding me my money and re-selling it to someone who can use it. Also, bad business to not allow a return on something not listed as final sale. Why issue me a return label, have me print it, go through the hassle of packing it back up and driving to Fed Ex ONLY for you to ship it back to me for an unknown, unlisted excuse not allowing an accessory return?? This is bad business! Update- Wayfair tried to blame the 3rd party supplier and make me communicate with them directly. I told them no and escalated it further since I bought this from Wayfair not their supplier. Wayfair did end up refunding me, after a lot of effort on my end. They told they were sorry and to donate it or trash it and not ship it back. They promised a full refund but still deducted the $13 shipping fee even though I wasn’t told to ship it back (again). Meh, Wayfair is not winning in customer service.

The dimensions are incomplete, because they were incomplete I have to pay the shipping cost to return the product. Wayfair should not charge return shipping fees base on incomplete information,
