This storage racks are very heavy duty and work great in the garage. The only thing you need to keep in mind is they are 16 inches deep so you need to be careful where you put them.

I used this to make some heavy duty shelves in my garage. Four 4"x1"x8" boards make a perfect shelf!

Unfortunately I have not had the opportunity to grab shelving for the rack so i have not yet put it up. I can tell, though, comparing it to some other shelving units that i have used in the past that this rack will definitely hold some weight, and i am quite impressed. The connectors and shelf brackets are definitely heavy duty, and i like that the shelves can be adjusted for height, and am liking the locking pin used for the brackets. I feel this will lend to sturdiness since i plan to use them in the garage. I will have a better idea of how it holds up once i get the shelves and rack up, at which point i will update this. From what i can tell though, it is definitely a quality peice!

This storage rack comes in a small package and I was concerned it would be flimsy however, it is mighty! The vertical brackets have to be properly mounted to studs (all screwsbolts are included - which is definitely a huge plus!!). Once mounted each tier can hold up to 160lbs. We never came close to that per tier. It is VERY sturdy. We usually have an adult bike hanging on the lowest tier and the top two tiers are revolving doors. We stored tiles or paint or just gardening tools — endless possibilities.

This is great find. My husband was thrilled that this would help store stuff in the garage. It was easy to install and very sturdy. He is thinking of purchasing a couple more to keep everything organized.

Perfect for getting your ladder out of the way and off the floor and lays flush with the wall.....its heavy duty and has a nice finish..I like the option that you also can store long or awkward tools on the brackets too instead of having to hang them up...and if you want you can add a shelf for storage..happy with purchase

Took them out and I like the way they are made. They are thicker metal which is nice. I have looked at others that seem to be weak and easily broken. The way they look is also nice. I plan to use one as a a wall rack for my shoes. The other will go in the garage for my husband. He just doesnt know it yet
