Absolutely love.

Great system! Lots of parts since I ordered 3 separate systems for my complete closet design. Since this was my first time installing this type of system it took me quite a while to get organized and confident in how easy it really is to assemble. The direction sheets are good but general since there are so many configuration choices making the system very customizable. The (3) systems were well packaged and all arrived on 1 heavy pallet ( 16 separate boxes I believe). Unfortunately the box labels were not clearly marked as to which boxes went with which system which made trying to inventory all the parts for each system impossible. However, the components used are the same so really didn’t matter as I ultimately had all the parts I needed to complete my layout. I did recieve two incorrect 8”drawer faces that were grey in color and different style then the white color I ordered. As you can see in the photos, I completed the assembly with them so we can use the system while I wait for the (2) correct replacement drawer fronts. Overall, I am very happy with the closet system and it’s a significant improvement over the former wire shelving previously installed.

Great system. Instructions could be a bit more clear although anyone with a mechanical aptitude can easily decipher. Great system all in all. It did arrive with one broke piece but it was only a support piece and I was able to make it work.

This is definitely a Jenga puzzle to put together. Item came damaged but have been working with customer service and when we can actually identify the name of the damaged piece then they said that they would get replacements to us. So stay tuned and I will let you know if this all is made right by the company.

Very happy with the finished product, great quality. Instructions and assembly was sometimes confusing and a lot. Overall love it and would definitely order it again.

I have two complaints, 1) the shelf system itself, and 2) Wayfair’s farcical “customer service” Shelf (2/5) - particle board is low quality, it is not dense enough for you to sink the head of the screws so they stick out. - instructions are terrible and sometimes contradictory, so it takes a frustratingly long time to assemble. One part says to screw in the drawer rails, but also the shoe shelve in the opposite side through the same hole. Ummm? - rails on the shoe shelf basically just fall out. I’ll have to hot glue them in - not everything lines up flush, so you get a shelf sticking out past the edge of a vertical section This could be overlooked if the shelf was half the cost, but not at this price. Wayfair customer service (0/5) I was sent the wrong colour shoe shelves, so Wayfair told me to contact the manufacturer. I was sent the entire shelf system again, not just the shoe shelves, and told if I didn’t return the rest, by bringing 6 huge packages to FedEx, i would be charged for a second time. Eventually Wayfair arranged a pickup by FedEx, I had to miss a day of work to meet them during their 12 hour window, but then FedEx delivered them to me again the next day! I have email chains with the manufacturer and Wayfair, two shelving units, and probably have to stay home another day to arrange a pickup. This amount of back and forth is ridiculous and slow. I’ll never buy anything from Wayfair again.

Looks great. A little tougher than we thought putting together but love the finished product

We were impressed with how well all 7 boxes were packaged. Only a few minor bruises on 2 drawers and 1 vertical that are hidden. We customized ours to perfectly fit our walk-in closet; chose to eliminate 1 hanging bar and use the shoe shelves as regular shelves. I wish the drawer fronts were pre-drilled for the handles, but everything fit together nicely. It definitely takes 2 people to install.

It is exactly what the picture showed, easy to assemble with knowledge and experience. Thank you.
