This closet system arrived with broken and missing pieces and without complete instructions. We were able to improvise but definitely missed the mark on this one.

Product works as described. I flipped layout as shown on all the pictures to fit my closet. Left panel was difficult to secure to other panels with shelves. The rod itself is not sufficient.

I love my new closet and I'm very happy with the finished product. Getting there was a bit of work. Definitely a two person job, and definitely at least one person that is comfortable with power tools. The instructions were a little vague, but it's easy enough to figure out if you've built furniture before.

It came with multiple components broken. I’m still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer about returning it. At this point I don’t want it- the quality seems flimsy.

Absolute 5 star! My partner said it was the highest quality drawers and press board he had ever put together and resulted in my neighbor buying the same unit. Love my new closet!!

Fiberboard broke easily during assembly. Have to handle with care until installed. Once installed looks nice and works well. We ordered champagne brass handles versus using the ones sent with the drawers, but that is a personal preference.
