Do not order from this company. This item was misrepresented in the pictures to be able to use hanging files. However, it is too wide. Why do they show rails in the file box if it can not hold hanging files. When I contacted them about a return, they insisted I had to pay for the shipping back. The representative would not let me speak to anyone with authority to waive the shipping. I do not understand why it is up to me to pay when the product is not what is represented. No where in the description does it state that it will not accommodate handing folders.

Like this file box as it’s very study and has enough room for all my important papers. Would recommend

Sturdy attractive file box but it is not fireproof. Good handle and lock. Grab and go in an emergency.

Such a sturdy box. We keep all out essential documents in here. So much space and good quality

NOT FOR FILES! This is a gorgeous box, but it is for general storage not for hanging files. It is too wide by half an inch to accommodate letter-sized hanging file folders on its rails, and the entire thing is not wide enough to accommodate anything legal-sized. I'm not even sure why it has rails to begin with. If you need hanging file storage, this unfortunately is not it. But if you just need a lockable open storage box, it's very nice-looking and sturdy without being heavy.

Very nicely done Organizer! I store all important items in it. This item is light and sturdy. I would recommend it to my friends.

The product serves well except for the fact the pockets in the lid spill their contents when the lid is closed.

I had a lot of documents that couldn't be simply photographed and stored electronically. I needed to store and protect paper documents like birth certificates etc. This is a solid case perfect for important items and it has a place for supplies if you are traveling and want to use it as a traveling office.
