I received the shelf, but there’s a big dent on one side. Due to the bend, I’m unable to assemble it as the alignment is off. I’d like to return this and request a replacement without any damage. Please let me know the next steps.

These racks are my husband's favorites. He can rearrange them with several ways and they are really sturdy and well constructed. These ones are way better than the ones offered at other local stores.

I would give this Gladiator shelving rack 10 stars if possible! It certainly lives up to its name. Went together with a snap--literally, NO TOOLS REQUIRED!! And extremely strong, sturdy & stable with absolutely no sway or rocking. Very nice looking also, but would be great if it was offered in other colors. I should add this rack is just as stable & strong as the similar Dewalt rack I purchased later at about twice the cost--and the Dewalt was much more difficult to assemble, and require tools!! And the Gladiator has 4 shelves in lieu of Dewalt's 3!

Loved the ease of assembling, but a little disappointed that one of the racks was bent.

The shelving was well packaged and components were easy to identify for pre-assembly. The tabs on a few of the cross-members (longest width) were bent in, which required some work to get them angled back out before they would install properly. Otherwise, the overall quality and value of this product was quite good.
