Good Ideas 45 Gallons Plastic Drainable Dual Overflow Planter Rain Barrel

This planter/ rain barrel bulged at the bottom when we got our initial few rain storms. It caused the spigot to leak. I am really disappointed since it was so pricey.

Bought one years back and wanted a second one. After the first rain it buckled and bulged out, completely distorting its shape. Wayfair was contacted and promptly sent a replacement, which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, even though not as bad as the original, the replacement also bulges. Holds rain water and works as expected but I bought this type for visual appeal as well as functionality-hence only three stars.

This rain barrel is very sturdy and attractive. It is lightweight to maneuver in place. We do not have it hooked up yet, but look forward to be using fresh rainwater for our chickens.

The barrels are lovely. would have been nice to actually get two in the right color I ordered. Ended up scrapping the whole idea and returning them after multiple attempts to get the right color delivered.

these look good - ONLY . Their design is flawed as far as the catching the downspout water - they only deflect the water off of the top and they DO NOT function well to hold water. I had to drill holes in them to make them work - they budge and deflect under the weight of the water upon getting even 3/4 full . Not good .
