Purchased this shed on wayfair with free shipping for less than half that exact same shed sells for at local retailers.

The shed is what was expected and easy to assemble. Looking to by another but a different style

We ordered this shed and paid for the Handy installation. When the delivery company called to schedule the delivery, they asked if we had a forklift. I was informed that since we did not (who does?), that I would need to assist them with getting the shed materials off of the truck. During this process, the pallet broke and I was pinned underneath until the guys could lift the pallet so I could slide out. Our Handy assembly was scheduled for the following Friday, but was then rescheduled to Sunday, then rescheduled again to Tuesday, until it was finally just cancelled by Handy. When I contacted Wayfair customer service, I was informed that Handy cancelled the order because their services are not available in our area. I was not made aware of this at the time of purchasing the shed when it appears that Wayfair could have confirmed this fact prior to the shipping of our shed. We are now put in a situation where we purchased a shed thinking that it was going to be assembled with a service that Wayfair offered only to find out that it the assembly was never actually going to happen. When I explained our situation to the customer service manager, I was offered at 10% coupon for our troubles. This was a very terrible experience from start to finish.

This item came with no floor and more importantly, no shingles! I had to buy $300 worth of shingles which was an added expense. Between the floor and shingles, plan on another $1000. It was also missing 2 pieces of lumber. Some of the lumber was warped so it made it hard to line up. Many of the pieces did not line up. It doesn't affect function but a little disappointing. I would not buy this shed again if I know what I know now.

I cannot believe one person could install this shed but he did. The craftsmanship is better than I expected. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

If you don’t mind getting your hands dirty and doing a little tweaking, it’s a solid purchase for storage needs. you can't go wrong with the customizable door location however the directions are sometimes confusing. all in all a great product with a ton of space.

BUT: would not buy the floor kit again poor quality of material for the price paid. As far as the building was able to use all lumber sent but some was a real challenge AGAIN POOR QUALITY! Did not like the fact that there are a lot of seams because the framing lumber is not dimenical for the building 10x10 building & they send 8 foot 2x4s LOTS OF SEAMS! OVERALL for the money would probably buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting someone to come out and do a sight study to let me know what prep we needed to do. 3 times someone was sent out to re-level it and my son had to do it to get it right. Singles were not installed correctly, which was corrected. Within 2 months one of the doors has warped- I will be replacing both with more substances doors and hinges, not piano hinges on a piece of OSB. Over all- I wish I had spent more on a local build-on-sight company.
