Montana Do-it-yourself 8 Ft. X 10 Ft. Wood Storage Shed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the design and size of the Montana shed, however, I would rather have it beefed up with 2" x 4" instead of 2" x 3" boards. A couple boards were warped or cracked but I was able to make them work. Also, I found that the panels were not cut consistent to match on the front and back of the shed. If I had it to do all over I think I would buy the design plans and buy and cut all the lumber myself. The shed is okay but don't expect perfection.

But once I got to use it, I really like that the barn like roof, allows for a nice size loft which I use to rotate seasonal things like Christmas decorations. It also has a mid wall shelf on the back wall. I held back one star because it isn’t painted and it only gets light through the little window above the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the Montana 8x10 with installation. Everything fit together well, and all the wood is in good shape with no damaged or twisted studs. No gaps in the walls, corners, or roof. The outside came primed, and it was easy to paint with a sprayer. I looked at lot of products and reviews before making my decision and I'm very pleased with the result.

Is funny that I receive this email to write a review today because I was very happy with the shed until yesterday when a huge wind gust hit the shed and one of the doors felt off. I noticed that the doors where installed with very thin nails instead of screws to secure the doors against wind surpassing 45 mph. I hope the warranty covers the damage and someone comes to my house to repair the shed. thanks.
