It took a day to assemble. I hired the crew from Handy via Wayfair. I bought the sheet shingles for the roofing since it doesn’t come with the kit and they were able to place it. I paid for a concrete slab to be made for it. Overall the whole project was about 4500. I am located in Florida and I will have to strap it down in case of a hurricane and hope for the best.

The details for using a wood VS. concrete foundation were a little sketchy for me and I am a carpenter! I poured a slab and they wanted the consumer to put a treated plate down on the concrete AND THEN build the walls and put them up on top of the plates... This would leave a tripping hazard in the entrance way and to cut it out and eliminate it would work but now the entire shed is 1.5" too high for the door setup. I just built the walls like a garage on a cement slab, treated lineal plate used on the bottom of the walls and NO extra plate on the concrete. Worked out fine that way.

It’s actually a really great shed but the slides and hardware for the doors are garbage! The doors get stuck open and shut and they are ridiculous hard to slide! For this price it should be better hardware! The rest is perfect!

I have had this shed for over a year now and it still looks new. Great product

Shed is awesome but DO NOT use Handy for assembly...they are a joke. Showed up and told us they could not do it in time allowed so we would have to call and schedule additional time and that the site was not to their specifications which we were texted to us the night before at 9pm. I have been trying to get a refund now for over 4 months. I want to thank Donte at Wayfair for helping me finally get my refund . Do the assembly yourself and save yourself a lot of grief. Me, my wife and my dad assembled in about 12 hours, instructions are straight forward. Stay clear of Handy.

This shed kit is a great value for the price. My husband assembled this over several weeks since he wasn’t available full time to work on this. We we’re quite impressed that nothing was missing. Lots of pieces and parts for this project and everything was included that was listed. We decided on a metal roof (exposed hardware instead of standing seam). The Shed is painted to match our house. Overall, love this shed.

It's nice but you are building it from scratch so unless you know what you are doing, I don't recommend

To not price match your own sales is deceptive. The delivery folks were great. I had two folks Jesse AND another person look into the crediting of undelivered item to match sale price. I was hoping to purchase another one!
