I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Also bought my own 16 foot and 10 foot long boards for the sill plates and headers, and used them instead of the shorter pieces that came with the kit

It is what I needed to keep my stuff dry and safe.

Super disappointed in this purchase! Nothing comes assembled at all so be ready to build the trusses, doors, and walls. Huge bummer the walls are not 8'....prepare to dunk when you walk in! The windows can not go anywhere other than the two areas show in the pictures as the sheeting comes pre-cut....only plus. These are the cheapest materials. I dished out an extra 2k for roofing material, 2" trim pieces to put over all the seems of the ply as nothing was straight, green treat material for my bottom plate to the concrete....which also was not included in the 2k overage, and paint. I priced everything through Menards and I would have saved 3k. Better details in the description would be key!
