[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 12x16 and it came with instructions for a 12x12 so it was pretty hard to figure out how to build it but all is done now some of the wood was warped so I had to buy materials

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this over a month ago. We have taken 3 weekends to assemble. One more weekend to go. Directions were seminary to follow. Measurements of things did not add up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than me not completely making sure my installation surface was level, this was ALMOST a good experience. This was my first Do-It-Yourself Shed, and The treated wood was warped, twisted, and made an extremely difficult foundation to put together. :( Other than that, there were some other warped pieces that made up the pitch/rafters of the pitched roof, but most of the other wood was pretty straight. when adding the side gables, I had to COMPLETELY install that piece by piece, instead of the "assemble on the ground, and put it up there per the instructions, because it will fit." Because it didn't... So I had to hodge-podge those pieces up there together. I wish I had a better understanding of what pieces went where, and what were the major things you wanted flush, and what things didn't matter if they weren't flush or not. Also, I bought my nails for my pneumatic nail gun, vs trying to use all the nails included. Dunno what I'm going to do with all the original nails that came with the kit. Nail gun was 100% worth it. Now I have a better understanding of the process, and how it all fit together, I'd do it differently next time. But doubtful that there's going to be another opportunity for me to do this again. I hope this shed I built is my final one. I'd reccomend someone putting it together themselves if they have the time.

Roomy and sturdy. Builders were awesome. They had this shed done in 4.5 hours. Very friendly and respectful of the property. Very happy with the whole experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the 12'x16' shed with the flooring. When the shed came it came as 3 parts, the floor was 2 12'x8' floor sections, the shed which was a 12'x'8' shed, and a gable extender section which brought the shed out to 16' instead of 8. One issue I found right away was that the instructions for the shed were not for the 16' shed but for the 8' shed. Second was that there were parts there for the 8' shed that should have been for the 16' shed which meant I had to modify parts for the 16' shed. Then lastly not all the screws and nails are provided in the kit to put the shed together. I was able to get the correct instructions for the 16' shed but had to purchase 2" and 3" nails and 2" finishing nails for the job. The flooring came with some screws and nails but not nearly enough to finish the flooring. Overall the shed is well made but you may have to replace some of the precut wood due to bends and twists. I did have to modify the way some things (like the gable ends) were put together and installed. This is a spacious shed which is what I needed because I replaced an older (1800's) built shed (16x24) with this one. I am not sure I like splitting up the wood in order to fit into an 8'x4' package because it breaks the 16' and 12' walls into pieces due to the 8' limitation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shed and its kit are easy enough to build that I was able to finish the project with my kids. Only real complaint I had, was that we got the 16 x 12, and the instructions were for a 12 x 12, but the parts were sufficient for the extra 4ft. They do have instructions online that I was able to leverage. All the boards were "Select" quality and that made our framework alot easier that potential warped boards.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to change our delivery address to our lake and they were very accommodating. We had everything we needed and as long as you follow instructions easy to do. It was a big project but very happy with the results
