Mirrored Shelves 3- Tier Wall Panel

Beautiful heavy quality for a great price point I love it

These shelves are beautiful. That being said, I have had this hanging on the wall, well out of anyone’s reach for 5 months, seemingly unscathed. Today I noticed that the mirror was broken at the top. The mirror has not moved or been touched other than to place small Christmas decor on its shelves. I am unsure what has happened, but suspect that due to the weight of the mirror hanging, it cracked at the top under the pressure. I am wondering if anyone else has had this experience? If so is there a way to replace the beveled piece? Again I am not certain what exactly has happened but I don’t believe pricey mirrors should crack on their own simply from hanging as they are intended.

Beautiful piece, easy to assemble, I only have 4 stars because there is a small crack on the mirror, but not worth me trying to ship back, it states on box inspect before accepting , but I was not home
