Arrived damaged and missing parts. Contacted customer service and low and behold for this product Wayfair cant help so they passed along the manufacturer info and to my surprise (actually not really) the manufacturer said to contact Wayfair. The last order I ever place

We added two sets of these closet organizers in the dark brown color and they make our closet look amazing. It looks like you walked into a department store!!

We are currently in the process of installing our closet system. We purchased two-one for each side of the close. We also purchased a stand alone tower for shoes and extra drawers. Its a sturdy system. Looks fabulous. We even decided to add crown molding to the room to give it some extra flare. We are super happy with it. If youre thinking about it, go for it. Just know, youll need to have some skill to install if your system will need to be cut to size.

Very happy with this purchase, the directions were clear, precise and thorough. This was easy to customize to our needs and is sturdy and well constructed.

Excellent quality. Easy to assemble. Only issue is the plastic anchors. You definitely need to buy your own. The plastic ones break and cause more problems. Otherwise the quality of the organizer is very good. Solid wood. I’d buy this again.

Love this closet system. All wood and metal, adjustable and solid -- and not too difficult to assemble and attach to wall. I decided to mount it outside of the closet on the bedroom wall because it looked so nice. I then bought separate components my bathroom by going to the product's website.
