A great, solid, closet system. Hopefully you don't live in Hawaii because shipping charges for wood furniture hurt pretty bad. Living in the contiguous 48 will also lessen the possibility of damage. I didn't have anything major as the units are packed quite well. But the dents are annoying when considering how much these cost. Read the instructions and use the guide pieces. My builder didn't use the guides and decided to mount the frame using a level. Later he found that the drawers would not soft-close properly or at all. Long story short, the entire unit had to come down, holes had to be patched, and it took a week to get sorted.
