It serves the purpose of what I was looking for. It holds everything I needed it to with added space and quick access keeps the kids out. Sides are made of thin metal you could get into it if your determined its not fire proof and doubt it is water proof but works great for what I need. I put it together myself but instructions are not clear!! 1 to 10 for convenience and sense of security it gets a 10. Great for house hold to keep grubby mutts off thanks again.

Top plate did not fit, wasted hours trying to figure it out trying everything I could. In the end it was a faulty top plate that had a interior mounting lip that was not flattened properly from the manufacturer to fit snug. Had to hammer it down to fit tight so bolt holes line up.

Safe instruction were not the best but they were enough to get it assembled. Was expecting mostly locker type sheet metal for everything but the safe door is actually pretty thick bud heavy pretty sturdy all around would definitely recommend for a cheap gun storagelocker that can hold quite a bit had some extra parts that came with in case you lose some as well would definitely buy again if I had to
