It was packaged very secure. I had no damaged parts. It comes with all the tools to assemble the safe. The gun safe it’s self is perfect for all size weapons and love the multiple way to unlock including the backup battery pack in case the batteries die. I rated it a 4 out of 5 because assembling would be easier if the instruction was more detailed. It was times I had to second guess myself and rely on the picture. I would recommend this item.

Very heavy door and then the rest is pretty flimsy metal. It’s OK. Very attractive tho. Served its purpose for safe storage cabinet. Has to be anchored to the wall due to heavy door and will tip over.
