It’s not some 475 pound 20 gun safe by any means. The doors fairly substantial the locking mechanism seems Good And pretty stout. The back the sides, the top and the bottom are fairly thin, gauge steel. And the screws and putting them all together it’s not going to keep somebody out that really wants in for very long a hammer and pry bar a 4 1/2 inch cutting wheel two minutes tops. This is more to keep things not accessible. I wouldn’t High Worth Items in it. Fire protection rating is Nil. Bang for the buck it’s a good item. It fit together very well and looks good functions as it should. Just know you’re not getting the real McCoy.

About what you would expect at this price. Easy to assemble and looks good. Arrived with a few dents that required a little extra muscle when putting it together. Good size and will fill the need I purchased it for.

Cabinet - one star, Wayfair - zero stars. I ordered this cabinet, and assembled it per the provided instructions. When I closed the door, it never opened properly again. All assembly screws are on the interior of the cabinet, so my alternatives were to contact Wayfair to return the item, or permanently disfigure this brand-new cabinet by trying to pry open the door. When I contacted Wayfair, they suggested that they could ship replacement parts. Well, that would be great except that I can't disassemble the cabinet to identify, let alone replace, whatever piece it is that is holding the door closed. Then, Wayfair suggested that I disassemble the cabinet and return it. Again, I can't disassemble the cabinet, so a return is impossible. Then, Wayfair suggested that I hire a contractor at my expense to disassemble the cabinet, so I could return it in its original container. Are you serious? At the end of the day, Wayfair has gained $200 in revenue, but ensured that I will never, ever consider them for another purchase. Don't buy this or anything else here.

Everything went very well. The gun safe arrived today on time with no problems. I put it together very quickly and I like the size of this safe. It is not to big and not to small. Plus its not to heavy, which I like.

I like this gun safe well made a heavy door, good construction, for the price a good safe, not for 10-14 rifles or shotguns 8 at the most, but I stll like it. I am happy with my purchase.

Does the job of storing rifles. Door lock works well. Sides of box not super thick but we have what we need. Good value. Watch the assembly video before assembling.

Awesome gun cabinet easy to build love it

This is a sturdy cabinet, assembly was simple with 1 person. It took about 30 minutes to complete. Once attached to the wall it would not be easy to break into.
