Full disclosure, I am an 81-year-old small woman who enjoys do-it-yourself projects. The boxes were delivered ahead of schedule and in good condition. I just completed building the Factor 6x6 outdoor storage shed without any help. An extra pair of hands is really only needed at a couple of points. The instructions were clear, and I did not encounter any problems. This shed is perfect size for my backyard.

This is a great shed. Some portions of the assembly will require 2 people. It is important to ensure the floor is leveled. I learned the hard way. I highly recommend this shed.

I love this shed! I needed the exact size and they are hard to find. It’s sturdy and nice looking. I love the window. It takes a while to put up and you need a few people but it’s worth it.

Great shed, but came broken. It was well packaged and the boxes looked fine, so it seems as if it were damage before shipment.

Packaging inadequate. Multiple pieces arrived broken and cracked. Found 2/3 of the way through the assembly the door hook that attaches to the hinge was broken so we'd either have to wait weeks for a replacement or hope we could repair it and make it last. Several other pieces warped and cracked. Plastic dowels used to affix pieces together are too close to the walls, making the installation a huge hassle. Poor design and very cheap materials. Would not purchase again.

I think I would like Wayfair to complete their part of the contract before I tell you how I like it.

We returned this item. Not very sturdy and didn’t seem like it would hold up very well in the elements.
