I like the product itself. I was so surprised it wasn’t damaged or there was missing hardware which is usually the case. However, it was pictured as brown and the description also said brown - it is not brown. It is BLACK! That was the sole purpose I waited for it to come back in stock. I liked the COLOR pictured and style. If I would have wanted black, I would have ordered black! This is why I seldom order online. It is fully assembled now and don’t want it! It took a long time to assemble and gluing pieces together was also required. A supposed Wayfair representative texted us today. We wanted to talk with a person and all he could say is that there wasn’t a number to call. He wanted more information on the product. I’m very tired of customer service! We’d like to talk to a person not text or email to communicate. Totally disgusted with the color - it matches nothing!

This was an open box item, however its flawless and looks awesome! Interesting hinge system for the door...hope its durable, but time will tell.

This hamper seemed nice but we were unable to assemble it due to the predrilled holes on one of the first pieces we tried to put together not being aligned . There was no way to remedy this, although we tried for several hours. So frustrating and a hassle to return!

The box was quite heavy, and I was glad it wasn't going to turn out to be flimsy. Except that it did. It looks nice, but things are a little off (like the gaps between the sides of the drawer and the side pieces are not the same on each side). It's also wobbly once put together. It's fine, it's just not great.

This hamper is well worth the money. I love it. It's very pretty

A little time consuming to put together but definitely worth it! A much nicer way to store dirty laundry.

Fits perfectly in my shared bathroom!! I love the deep drawer as it can be used for extra storage. The laundry door opens very smoothly and the canvas is sturdy thick and is deep enough to hold a lot of laundry which definitely helps in keeping a clean bathroom! The directions were pretty good and it didn’t take too long to assemble. I gave four stars because although the drawer and laundry cabinet are sturdy, the base of the unit seems slightly wobbly! Overall, a nice laundry cabinet and will help make doing laundry much easier!

Exactly what I was looking for but the pull out door doesn’t close all the way. Almost like the door is too heavy to stay closed

Very solid! I was not sure what to expect, but this is a very quality product at a surprisingly reasonable price.
