Looks great and well manufactured.

Amazing quality. You will need a foundation that does NOT come with this! They have some for sale available, but luckily my dad works in construction and helped build one with materials purchased from Lowe’s for 248. I wanted to make sure we didn’t have to worry about wind. The building itself is great quality and aesthetically pleasing! Definitely a two person job, but well worth it in the end. I have attached a picture of the foundation we built because I had no clue of where to start once I purchased, as I didn’t think about that part when buying. Great purchase—just need to have a plan once it’s delivered.

8 x 10 shed is great but it took us three it took us 3 days to assemble it. Lotta reading and a lot of lining up things but it looks great and looks very well built, and strong. I can’t wait to put my stuff in it.

I really like the looks and overall quality of this Lifetime shed. It provides 80 sq ft of extra storage space that I desperately needed. It's a visually appealing shed, and it is solidly-built even without anchoring it to the pad it sits on (it helps to have lots of heavy objects stored inside to weight it down). Truth be told, assembly was very difficult for me and my helper. We had never assembled a shed before and neither of us is especially mechanically inclined. We carefully followed the instruction booklet and watched the Lifetime assembly video numerous times, but it was still difficult to figure out certain aspects in the assembly process. We made several mistakes along the way and had to spend quite a bit of time correcting those mistakes. People who have submitted reviews claiming to have completed the assembly in 4 to 8 hours must either work for Lifetime or are experienced shed builders (or they severely miscalculated their time spent). It took us an estimated 24-30 hours to assemble this shed, not counting the base prep work. Be advised that when installing the skylights, be VERY careful not to over-tighten the screws, as the plastic screw holders will break and make installation of the skylights impossible, as we discovered. Fortunately, Lifetime was very helpful in rectifying that problem by promptly sending out new skylights at no charge. Despite a lot of time and frustration in assembling the shed, I think it was worth the effort considering how much I like the finished product. It's definitely a 2-person job, and even with two people it's not easy. In retrospect, I should have hired someone with more experience/aptitude than I have to assemble this shed.

Built alone, but a helper would have been good for a few steps.

First things first, this 10ftx8ft Lifetime shed was the way to go! Upon opening the box, I immediately noticed that the shed is made from high-quality, durable, materials. Assembly was a breeze due to its organized instruction booklet and the fact that all parts and hardware bags were well labeled. After assembly, I was amazed at the space on the inside. I quickly started filling it up with home and lawn care items, supplies, and equipment. Just freeing up the space in our garage was relieving. These things have been living in the garage for some time now and it felt good to get the garage back! The overall aesthetic of the shed within our backyard is remarkable. The color scheme allows for this shed to really blend in and be at home all while adhering to our HOA's rules regarding sheds. A few of the features that I'd like to highlight are the skylights, windows, weatherproofing, and shelves. Our home doesn't have any sort of electrical outlet on that side of the house so the skylights, coupled with the double windows, are a lifesaver. They really allow for ample light to penetrate the shed without ever flipping on a switch. The shelves are an anxiety reliever, as I can now store harsh and harmful chemicals up and out of reach of my daughter. Since I've assembled the shed, we've had two days of pretty hard rain. I was truly expecting some water to have gotten inside, but I kid you not... there was not one single drop of water inside of this shed!

The Lifetime Shed is an attractive addition to our outdoor space. It boasts sleek design and durable construction. However, the assembly process proved to be more challenging than anticipated. When it arrived, I was impressed by the quality of the materials and the overall layout of the packaging. The plastic panels felt sturdy and well-made, promising longevity in various weather conditions. Don’t make the mistake that I did of leaning the pieces up against the fence, KEEP THEM FLAT! I had to wait several days for them to be in the sun to retain their original shape. Despite following the instructions diligently, I encountered several obstacles along the way. The pieces did not always fit together seamlessly, requiring adjustments and extra effort to ensure proper alignment. I purchased extra screws because once I attempted to put the pieces together, if I had to take them apart to adjust, the screws wouldn’t grab. It took me 4 evenings, about 3 hours each evening and 4 people to get it assembled. One saving grace was the instructional video provided by Lifetime. Watching the video proved helpful, offering visual guidance that complemented the written instructions. In conclusion, the Lifetime Plastic Shed offers aesthetic appeal and durability. The color and texture are a nice compliment to my home. The extra space will be wonderful! Potential buyers should be prepared for a challenging undertaking that may require significant time and manpower. However, with patience and the aid of the instructional video, achieving installation is possible and the end result is worth it!
