Bold Series 7 Piece Complete Storage System Set

Two large cabinets arrived damaged and one of the smaller cabinets with feet was damaged during shipping. It’s been over 60 days awaiting for parts to be replaced and Support says item is back ordered. Metal seems a bit thin on the bold series but sufficient if you can get one delivered in good condition. Paint on wall mount cabinets was bubbled. I would recommend upgrading to the pro series or another company. I’ve had these for about 4 months now and wish I went with another brand.

Missing pieces. Paid to have installed and could not complete due to missing feet for cabinets. This also caused not being able to install backsplash. Wayfair states it’s my responsibility to reach back out to Angi Services and pay again for someone to come out and finish the install. Very upset consumer.

Love the storage system set. It had a two minor dents from shipping but not worth returning any pieces.

Im not sure if this is a one-off issue or a common problem with this particular model, but its worth mentioning. Despite this minor flaw, Im extremely satisfied with my purchase. The Bold Series 7 piece complete garage storage system set has greatly improved the organization and functionality of my garage. I can now easily find what I need, and the space looks fantastic. I highly recommend this set to anyone seeking a high-quality garage storage solution. The minor issue with the cabinet door doesnt detract from the overall quality.

First and foremost, Wayfair sent the wrong color from what I ordered AND came with no directions for the installer that I paid for through Wayfair. Because of this he could not finish the install since he was only allotted 2 hours to put this whole thing together that should have been assigned to 2 installers. As I look through the help information to let them know about the wrong color AND it isn’t finished being installed, I couldn’t find any help for my situation. I HIGHLY suggest NOT ordering anything complicated such as my garage cabinets and don’t spend your money on installation because they don’t let the installer know what they’re putting together until they get there! Very disappointed and will not shop there again!!!

Everything arrived in perfect shape. I anticipated that there would be a few dings but everything was packed very well and the whole pallet was in tact.
