Mike 10' x 8' Outdoor Tool Storage Shed

I’m very happy with the shed; it looks great, it’s good size, and so far it seems quite sturdy. I like the floor joists for the structure of the shed, but we added some wood planks to give it a solid floor, and I like that the wood isn’t on the ground. Do be aware that putting this shed together is WORK. It took us two full days to put it together. Hundreds of screws, dozens of panels, lots of teeny tiny nuts and bolts. Word to the wise: don’t try to put it together on a windy day! It’s also quite large, and you’ll need access all the way around the shed in order to put it together (we scooted it up against the wall only after the back wall was up), and note also that if you’re putting it on a concrete pad, you’ll probably want a 10’x12’ pad for the 8’x10’ she’d so you have at least a foot of clearance all the way around. We had a pad that was 8’x10’ against our back wall and I think it would’ve been pretty difficult/impossible to build it on that pad. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out, but be ready for a PROJECT to get it together.
