8 Ft. W X 12 Ft. D Plastic Storage Shed With Floor, Resin Shed With Reinforced Steel Structure, Beige

This product is pretty cheap material for the pricing. Took longer than expected to install. The flooring is thinner thats what i thought it would be. I highly recommend to place this shed on top of a leveled slab of concrete or level the ground and place this on top of a solid platform like plywood or create your own foundation and frame which is what I did to go the inexpensive route. I still have to install the roof but overall its a nice looking shed and the space will come in handy.

This is plenty of room for my tools and office, easy assembly, I have a hand truck that helped me move boxes around. They are heavy, but I only needed an extra pair of hands placing the trusses. I give this shed 5 stars.

The shed looks great but it’s not made for rough use. Also, if you run into problems while constructing the shed, do so before the 30 day period which ends Wayfairs potential help. I didnt get to build it within the 30 day window and I was short two part number B2-1s. They are 4 pieces of metal that join the walls together. Wayfair nicely explained that the claim was outside their window of assistance. They provided a number 886-772-4587 for patio-well. The number is disconnected. I called Wayfair again and was given an alternate number 470–899–4894. This number rings but goes into a voicemail that is full and cant accept any more messages. I will be able to fashion a way of securing the last two walls myself but wanted to share the trouble experienced. The structure of the shed is generally weak and will require reinforcement IMO eventually . The walls connect to the floor with a plastic tab into a plastic receiver. Any pressure exerted from the inside out will disconnect the wall from the floor if left constructed by the book. Thought should be taken as how the shed is going to be used before purchase. If lawn mowers, four wheelers and the like hit the walls even slightly, there will be problems. The metal pieces that secure the walls in place (the ones that Im missing two of) need to be secured with nice size screws into a hollow sheet of plastic which is too thin to use a drill driver even with the lightest clutch. Extra care must be given here otherwise the screw just spins. Im surprised that the screws can hold the pieces of metal with the screws going into such thin plastic. The shed is built for a light duty and dont expect any help from patio well if theres any problems. I hope this information helps.

The shed is perfect for what we needed. Instructions are a bit confusing. There are only pictures of what you are to do. Some written instructions would be nice. Takes longer then the 3-4 hours to assemble for two people. Would recommend.
