Pure Enrichment 1500 Watt Garment Steamer

Not very impressive in spite of the reviews. Even at it's highest unless items a very lightly wrinkled it doesn't really help. Really disappointed.

This steamer is really nice. Steams my cloths faster and better than my older steamer I had.

I broke my back two years ago and it has healed as much as it can. This saves me from standing and ironing. I wish I purchased this years ago. I cannot believe that irons and ironing boards outsell it. Every household should have one.

Unfortunately this product isn't very good, and quite frustrating to use. The steam production is fine when the handle is placed on the apparatus, when you go to use the steamer the cord continually pinches/kinks thus causing intermittent steam and terrible noises. I took a chance on this product based off of the positive reviews and unfortunately that was a mistake. I have used two different brands of steamers previously with success (my last on required replacing after many years of daily use) and unfortunately this product fails to meet their quality. I regret my purchase and I am disappointed in the long wait of anticipation for it to arrive (approximately 3 weeks) to only be let down. I do not recommend.
